I hope to explore ways to create a more positive, meaningful, and happier life, for others and for myself.

I am taking a sabbatical from my work to create more space – to be more adventurous, and to experiment more. One thing I want to do more of is to write, and as a Quaker, I hope to follow topics as I feel led.

This blog starts with the most recently published post. You will also see a number of categories in the Blog Menu which will help you to find your way around.

I began this blog tentatively, recording the 150 acts of kindness I carried out in 2017 so that supporters could see what I had been doing.  Earlier this year I followed ‘Friendly February‘ an Action for Happiness calendar. Each evening, I jotted down what I had done that day. Here I was experimenting with writing daily. More recently my posts have become longer, and if you have found your way there, I hope you find them interesting.

If you want to get in touch about the blog or my work, please use the contact form.

In 2017, their 150th year, we raised £1500 for anti-poverty charity Quaker Social Action, by carrying out (and recording) 150 acts of kindness for different people, in different ways. Thank you to everyone who sponsored me and gave encouragement and support.
